Can’t wait to work from home? Below you’ll find the technical requirements for working from home with 5CA. We require some software to be run that may tax your system, and these are the absolute minimum requirements. Keep in mind that equivalent hardware (which is not mentioned here) may also suffice. If you’re unsure but think yours might suffice, don’t hesitate to apply. Our recruiters will run the final benchmark to make sure everything is up to snuff.

Customer Support Agents (Chat + Email Support)
  • Windows 8 or higher
  • CPU: Intel Core i3-4000M 2.40 GHz or faster
  • RAM: 4GB minimum
  • GPU: Intel HD Graphics 4000 equivalent or better
  • Network: 1.0 Mbps download and 0.5 Mbps upload (to your local/default Speedtest.net server)
Customer Support Agents (Chat + Email + Phone Support)
 

  • Windows 8 or higher
  • CPU: Intel Core i3-4000M 2.40 GHz or faster
  • RAM: 6GB minimum
  • GPU: Intel HD Graphics 4000 equivalent or better.
  • Network: 4 Mbps download and 1.5 Mbps upload (to a Speedtest.net Amsterdam server)
Gaming Support Agents (Chat + Email Support)
  • Windows 8 or higher
  • CPU: Intel Core i5-760 2.80 GHz or faster
  • RAM: 6GB minimum
  • A screen with at least 1080p Full HD display. External monitors are acceptable.
